Nape Piercing

so a- how bad does it hurt (i have my industrial, nose, and verticle lip labret done so i'm no newbie) but I like to know...
and b- how often did you suffer from rejection/growing out? I hear it's really high for nape.

Don't hurt at all,well not in comparison to my septum! But mine grew out after a year.So it lasted quite a while.My friends lasted 2 months.Rubbish! :( i miss it.
